This means a great deal to me. A significant aspect of my co-founding and involvement with SBGC golf has been its potential for social progress. A key achievement for me has always been when we have had strong attendance at our tournaments, undertaken charity initiatives to make a positive impact on people’s lives, and the coming together to fundraise for various worthy causes over the past decade. It has been an incredibly meaningful experience, and I hope that we are demonstrating, in our own modest way, the outstanding accomplishments that humankind can achieve. To receive recognition for being an integral part of this initiative is a tremendous honor and, thus far, the most significant achievement for me at SBGC. Second to this would be the Member of the Year awards and monthly tournament wins in that order.
