As Ernesto's arrival approaches, the manager even goes so far as to tamper with the diner's food, hoping to force him to leave. However, in a twist, it is revealed that the diner himself is actually Ernesto Lombardi, the very person the restaurant was trying to impress. Seeing how poorly he was treated, Ernesto announces that the restaurant will need new management, delivering poetic justice to the rude and conniving manager.
