Papa and Mama Orusa have newborn twins named Aero and Asak. Despite receiving the same care and food, Aero grows up thin and tall, while Asak is plump. Aero faces constant mockery and cruel nicknames from the villagers, such as "skeleton" and "thin fish." She often returns home in tears, where her parents and twin sister, Asak, try to comfort her. Although Asak offers encouragement, Aero struggles with rejection and humiliation from social groups in the village, leading her to eventually withdraw from them.
