Sandra, a former stay-at-home mom who just started working as an assistant, presents her ideas in a pitch meeting but is quickly undermined by her sexist colleagues. They belittle her for her past and insist she fetch coffee, making derogatory comments about women in the workplace. During the meeting with Miss Carnelian, a potential client, Sandra’s bosses attempt to charm and impress her, but Miss Carnelian is unimpressed with their ideas. Instead, she asks to hear from Sandra, who has a well-prepared pitch. It turns out that Miss Carnelian is actually Tabitha, the founder and CEO of the company, who had stepped back to pursue her passion for baking. She reveals that Sandra’s work has been impressive and that her bosses were clueless about her identity and the company's values. Tabitha fires Sandra's bosses and offers Sandra a partnership, recognizing her talent and hard work. Despite their attempts to undermine Sandra, the tables turn, leaving her bosses humiliated and out of a job.
