A woman named Tanya attends a speed dating event, where she rudely dismisses a bartender named Tam Fu, who happens to be her date for the evening, assuming he is beneath her due to his job. She quickly moves on to a wealthier-seeming man named Aiden, who boasts about his finances and invites her out to a luxurious dinner at a five-star restaurant. Aiden leaves to get his car, but in the meantime, Tam Fu, who is actually the co-owner of the establishment, presents Tanya with a hefty bill. When Aiden’s credit card is declined, it is revealed that he had tried to order expensive drinks earlier but didn't have enough funds. Despite her earlier rude behavior, Tam Fu could have warned her, but since she dismissed him, he decides to let her deal with the consequences.
