Carol Johnson, a new waitress, meets Todd, the restaurant manager, who is disrespectful and discriminatory. He introduces her to Sarah, a waitress, in a demeaning manner. Todd calls Sarah "sweet cheeks" and dismisses Carol’s experience, revealing his inappropriate behavior. When Todd grabs Sarah and threatens her, Carol reveals her true identity as Carol Franklin, the founder and CEO of The Cheesesteak Factory. She fires Todd on the spot for his behavior and appoints Sarah as the new manager of the store.
